Once purchased your dress will be made by Founder Frankie within 10 days and shipped between 1-2 days in the UK.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery & Returns
We use tracked services from Royal Mail for all destinations and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
All EU & International orders will be shipped directly from London between 1-5 days after your dress has been made.
