Hello — I’m Frankie, founder and designer of Franks London.

For over a decade, I designed for the high street, learning the pace, polish and pressure of fast fashion. But deep down, I always knew I wanted to create differently. I didn’t just want to design more clothes. I wanted to design better ones. Pieces with permanence. Pieces that feel personal, thoughtful and timeless — the kind you reach for year after year.

Franks London was born from a desire to slow fashion down and return to a more considered way of dressing. One built around quality, emotion and longevity rather than constant newness.

The brand is heavily inspired by classic cinema, vintage details and women with an effortless sense of self. The films I return to again and again — Steel Magnolias, Sleepless in Seattle, Sex and the City — all share a certain emotional warmth and understated elegance that continues to shape the Franks world today. Feminine silhouettes, quiet confidence and clothing that feels beautiful without trying too hard.

Outside of the studio, you’ll usually find me rummaging through flea markets and boot sales, collecting old treasures, walking with a coffee in hand or hosting slow breakfasts with friends and family. I’ve always been drawn to things with character, history and a sense of permanence — and I think that naturally finds its way into Franks too.

Every piece is designed and made in London once ordered, allowing for a more intentional approach to fashion and production. Franks isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about creating clothing that feels meaningful to wear, easy to return to and worthy of keeping.
